IIH runs a community health program in Bihar, reaching 220,000 residents with maternal, newborn, and mental health initiatives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Sinha Foundation funded oxygen plants for six hospitals.

Provides free healthcare to uninsured adults (18+), including routine and urgent care, chronic disease management, and physical and gynecological exams in San Jose.

Khushii helps keep children in school through holistic, community-based interventions. Over the past 19 years, it has transformed the lives of more than 1.5 million women and children.
